Findings:
  • Brain parenchyma appears unremarkable in available images.
  • No focal lesion in brain parenchyma in available images.
  • Posterior fossa structures appear unremarkable on available images.
  • No evidence of intracerebral hemorrhage/ extradural/subdural hematoma as seen in available images.
  • Ventricles appear unremarkable on available images.
  • No hydrocephalus.
  • No shift of midline structures is seen.
  • Skull vault appears intact in available images.
  • Paranasal sinuses and orbits grossly appear unremarkable in available images.
Impression:
  • CT brain plain does not reveal any significant intracranial abnormality as seen in available images.
  • No parenchymal focal lesion or intracranial bleed at present as seen in available images.
Advice: Kindly correlate with clinical findings & relevant investigations.
