Clinical Details:
Findings:
  • Brain parenchyma appears unremarkable in available images.
  • No focal lesion in brain parenchyma in available images.
  • Posterior fossa structures appear unremarkable on available images.
  • No evidence of intracerebral hemorrhage/ extradural/subdural hematoma as seen in available images.
  • Ventricles appear unremarkable on available images.
  • No hydrocephalus.
  • No shift of midline structures is seen.
  • Skull vault appears intact in available images.
  • Paranasal sinuses and orbits grossly appear unremarkable in available images.
Impression:
  • CT brain plain does not reveal any significant intracranial abnormality as seen in available images.
  • No parenchymal focal lesion or intracranial bleed at present as seen in available images.
Advice: Kindly correlate with clinical findings & relevant investigations.

Technique: Plain HRCT Scan of Chest carried out on Multi detector CT scanner.
Clinical Details:
Findings:
  • The visualised lung parenchyma shows normal attenuation and architectural pattern on both sides.
  • No evidence of air-space opacities, collapse, consolidation, abscess or pulmonary mass lesion. No signs of interstitial lung disease.
  • Trachea and bifurcation are normally seen. No bronchial thickening or bronchiectasis is seen.
  • No evidence of mediastinal or hilar lymphadenopathy.
  • Heart shows normal size and shape.
  • No evidence of pleural or pericardial effusion.
  • The visualised mediastinal vessels show normal course and calibre.
  • Bony thoracic cage is normal. No lytic or sclerotic lesion in visualized bones.
Impression: CT Chest Plain study is within normal limits.
Advice: Kindly correlate with clinical findings & relevant investigations.

Technique: CT scan of the abdomen& pelvis has been done with administration of oral and intravenous contrast media.
Clinical Details:
Findings:
  • Liver shows normal size, shape and attenuation. No mass lesion or calcification in the hepatic parenchyma. The porta hepatis is normal. No IHBR or CBD dilatation.
  • Gall bladder reveals normal lumen and walls with normal size and shape. No mass lesion, calcification or stone is seen within the lumen.
  • Pancreas appears normal in size and architecture. Pancreatic duct is not dilated.
  • Spleen is normal in size and architecture.
  • No focal lesion.
  • Both kidneys reveal normal in size, shape, position and attenuation. No mass lesion, calcification or stone is seen in the renal parenchyma or collecting systems on both sides. No signs of obstructive uropathy are detected.
  • Both adrenals are visualised normally.
  • The IVC, aorta and portal vein are within normal position and calibre. No evidence of retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy or ascites.
  • The visible parts of the bowel loops show no obvious mass lesions or wall thickening. Appendix appears normal.
  • Urinary bladder reveals normal lumen and walls. No vesical calculi, wall thickening or mass lesion.
  • Prostate appears normal. / Uterus and both ovaries appear normal. No adnexal pathology.
  • Visualised osseous structures appear normal. No lytic or sclerotic bony lesion. The extra-abdominal and paraspinal soft tissues are normal.
  • Lung bases are clear. No basal pleural effusion.
Impression:  No significant abnormality is seen in present examination.
Advice:  Kindly correlate with clinical findings & relevant investigations.
