Technique: Multiplanar multiecho MRI knee has been performed.

Findings:
- Both medial and lateral menisci show normal size, shape and MR morphology. No evidence of meniscal degeneration or tear. No signs of discoid meniscus.
- Anterior cruciate, posterior cruciate, medial collateral, lateral collateral and postero-lateral corner ligaments appear normal.
- No significant joint effusion, synovial thickening or intraarticular loose bodies. Hoffa’s fat pad appears normal.
- The quadriceps and patellar tendons are normal. Medial and lateral retinaculum appear normal.
- No collection is seen in the periarticular bursae. The pes anserine tendons are normal.
- The visualized muscles are normal.
- Femoral, tibial and patellar cartilage appear normal. No obvious chondromalacia patellae or osteochondral defect.
- Trochlea show normal morphology. No evidence of trochlear dysplasia. No significant patella tilt, alta or baja.
- The marrow signal of visualized regions of femur, tibia, fibula and patella appear normal.
- No evidence of lytic destructive lesion, significant osteoarthritis, fracture, marrow edema or periosteal reaction in visualized bones.
- The visualized subcutaneous and deep fat planes appear unremarkable.
